Fahari Watamu Limited is a boutique real estate development company based in Watamu, Kenya.
Our project focuses on the development of a small collection of elegant villas designed to combine modern comfort with the natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle of the Kenyan coast.
The project consists of four villas sharing the same architectural design, layout and quality standards. They differ only in their names, each inspired by a positive Swahili word that reflects the spirit of the project: Bahari [Sea], Amani [Peace], Zuri [Beauty], and Nuru [Light].

- Four 4-Bedroom, All-En-Suite Villas:
Each villa includes a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling sliding windows overlooking the garden and private swimming pool, as well as a separate kitchen with dining area.
The layout features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, two further master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, and an additional en-suite bedroom on the first floor.
Each villa also includes a covered ground-floor veranda, large first-floor terraces, laundry and ironing room, staff toilet, built-in wardrobes, private garden and private parking.
The villas will also be equipped with air conditioning, a solar backup system and backup water storage.
